Fire at PSE substation in Redmond

REDMOND, Wash. (AP) -- A fire at a Puget Sound Energy substation in Redmond has put up a column of smoke visible on Seattle's east side.
Utility spokeswoman Allison Stanford says no details are immediately available, but the fire has caused a power outage in the area.
