Expect construction delays on the Northeast 112th Avenue corridor near Northeast 18th Street beginning today.
Vancouver Public Works plans to begin paving the bottom layer of asphalt there today, weather permitting. Drivers are encouraged to consider changing their normal routes.
Crews are working on the east side of Northeast 112th Avenue and the south side of Northeast 18th Street. Once paving is completed and temporary striping is put in place, traffic will be shifted from the east of 112th Avenue to the west. This shift is expected early next week.
Traffic cones and signage will be used to help direct traffic.
