No snakes allowed in county courthouse in Seattle
Friday, June 17, 2011
SEATTLE (AP) -- A visitor to the King County Courthouse tried to enter with a snake in his backpack.
It showed up June 10 in an X-ray at a security checkpoint.
The sheriff's office says an officer asked the man if he had a pet in his backpack. He said he did and was told, "Sorry, no pets in the courthouse."
The man left in a huff.
