Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.
Logistic Services NW, providing transportation services, has leased 1,735 square feet of office space at The Fisher Building, 16701 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Suite 110, Vancouver. They were previously in a 1,005-square-foot location. Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord; Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
Maul Foster and Alongi Engineering have leased 5,500 square feet of office space at the Al Angelo Building, 400 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the landlord.
