SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A federal grand jury has added two more charges against a Clarkston man who is accused of creating a homemade bomb to be used in a bank robbery.

KXLY-TV of Spokane reported that Joseph Brice was previously charged with making a bomb without the proper licensing. He is now charged with providing material to support terrorists and attempting to provide materials to an undercover federal agent.

Law enforcement officials will not say who Brice was in contact with about the bomb materials. He faces up to 20 years in prison.

The charges stem from a raid by federal agents at Brice’s Clarkston Heights home on May 9th.
