FINLEY, Wash. (AP) — The Benton County sheriff’s office says a man drowned Wednesday after a raft flipped at Two Rivers Park on the Columbia River at Finley, near the Tri-Cities.
KVEW reports three other men who were on the raft surfaced. Divers found the body of the victim three hours later.
Friends identified the man to KNDU and KEPR as 35-year-old Jose Mejia who was originally from Guatemala.
