ABUNDANT LIFE CENTER will have a workshop in the tradition of Hawaiian spirituality, 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the Quality Inn conference center, 7001 N.E. Highway 99. The ancient tradition of Ho’oponopono includes songs, chants and inner prayer to release resentment, anger, jealousy and fear to create a state of deep inner peace and freedom.
