An Oregon woman was injured Sunday afternoon after a tow dolly she was pulling began to oscillate, triggering a rollover accident.

The accident was reported at 3:34 p.m. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 5, three miles south of Woodland.

Amanda L. Skinner, 30, of Boring, Ore., was driving a 1990 Jeep Cherokee in the center lane and pulling a 1984 Ford EXP two-door sedan on a tow dolly.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the dolly began to oscillate, went out of control, and caused the Jeep to leave the roadway to the right. It rolled over and came to rest on its top in the grass. The Ford also came to rest off the roadway in the grass.

Skinner complained of shoulder and hip pain and was transported to Southwest Washington Medical Center to be examined. She will be cited for improper towing, according to the state patrol.
