PASCO, Wash. (AP) -- A Kennewick, Wash., man has been sentenced to more than 67 years in prison for fatally shooting a Pasco, Wash., father and critically wounding the man's wife in 2008.
Ramon Garcia-Morales was sentenced Tuesday in Franklin County Superior Court. Jurors earlier this month convicted the 31-year-old man of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, two counts of assault and firearms charges.
