Bottle rocket starts 30-acre Prosser brush fire

PROSSER, Wash. (AP) -- Police say a 16-year-old with a bottle rocket started a brush fire that burned 30 acres near Prosser Wednesday before firefighters put it out.
KVEW reports the teen was arrested for using an illegal firework and released to his parents.
