Holland group buys more than 1,050 apartments

The Holland Partner Group on Monday announced a $115 million purchase of 1,050 apartment units in the region to answer the area’s growing demand for rentals.

Vancouver-based Holland bought the 512-unit Taluswood complex in Washington’s Mountlake Terrace. It also purchased two centers in Beaverton, Ore., the 254-unit Cedar Crest and the 288-unit MonteVista.

With offices at 1111 Main St., Vancouver, the Holland Partner Group was founded in 2000 to operate and develop multifamily housing. The group now owns 74 properties with more than 19,000 apartment units in six West Coast states.
