Man arrested in Vancouver in Portland, OR shooting

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- A man arrested in Vancouver, Wash., has been charged in the shooting death of an Oregon man in Portland last weekend.
Portland police said 23-year-old Isaiah Eric Mandley Jr. was charged with murder and attempted murder in the shooting death last Sunday of Leonard James "LJ" Irving. Two other men were wounded.
Police said Thursday that Mandley was arrested Wednesday at an apartment in Vancouver.
Mandley was being held at the Clark County, Wash., jail pending extradition. A police spokesman did not immediately return a phone call about whether Mandley has a defense attorney.
No attorney was listed in Clark County online jail records.
