Litsch throws 3 shutout innings, Jays beat Braves

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (AP) — Jesse Litsch pitched three scoreless innings and the Toronto Blue Jays beat a split squad of Atlanta Braves 7-5 Friday.

Litsch was sharp in his start, allowing one hit while striking out four without a walk.

Dan Uggla doubled, singled and drove in two runs for Atlanta. Chipper Jones singled and scored a run as the Braves’ designated hitter.
