ASHLAND, Ore. (AP) — Authorities in Jackson County say the half brother of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis is in jail again for violating his probation from a child pornography conviction.
Nate Gaoiran told the Ashland Daily Tidings that 64-year-old James Auchincloss was arrested Wednesday and has been held without bail pending a hearing. Gaoiran is the program manager of the county’s sex offender unit.
Authorities say they can’t disclose how Auchincloss allegedly violated his probation or whether it was related to his sex-offender treatment. Gaoiran says Auchincloss did not commit new crimes.
Auchincloss is serving three years’ probation after being sentenced to 30 days in jail. He was accused of having photos of naked boys at his home.
