PASCO, Wash. (AP) — A 37-year-old Pasco woman accused of shooting her mother was charged Tuesday with murder.
Tashia Stuart is accused of killing 58-year-old Judy Hebert last Thursday at the home they shared. Stuart will be arraigned Tuesday in Franklin County Superior Court.
KONA reports she may claim the shooting was self defense.
