ABERDEEN, Wash. (AP) — Two men who broke into a home in Aberdeen discovered the body of the 84-year-old homeowner who had died a couple of weeks earlier.

KBKW reports the two fled Saturday and told a family member. Someone else who heard about it notified authorities who turned the body over to the Grays Harbor County coroner. They also arrested the two Aberdeen men for investigation of burglary.

Police Captain John Green says there’s no evidence of a crime in the death.
