Ishikawa’s RBI double lifts Giants over D’backs

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Travis Ishikawa hit a tie-breaking RBI double in the top of the ninth inning to lift the San Francisco Giants to a 5-4 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday night.

Pinch runner Emmanuel Burriss scored on the play to help extend Arizona’s losing streak to seven games. The Diamondbacks have not won since March 8

Aubrey Huff went 2 for 4 with a two-run home run and a double, and Freddy Sanchez hit a solo homer for San Francisco.

Giants starter Madison Bumgarner gave up solo home runs to Chris Young and Justin Upton in the first inning and also allowed two doubles and two walks while striking out six in four innings.

Arizona starter Barry Enright allowed one run on four hits with one strikeout and one walk in three innings.
