Meteorologists predict more rain, wind, thunderstorms

Today’s forecast will look familiar: It features showers, thunderstorms possible after 11 a.m. and a high near 51 degrees. There will also be southwest winds of 6 to 11 miles per hour.

The National Weather Service calls for more of the same tonight. Clouds are expected to set in and the low will be 40 degrees.

Below is the forecast for the rest of the week:

Thursday: A 40 percent chance of showers. Cloudy, with a high near 50. South southeast wind between 5 and 7 mph.

Thursday Night: A 30 percent chance of rain. Cloudy, with a low around 40. Southeast wind around 8 mph.

Friday: Rain likely. Cloudy, with a high near 52. East southeast wind between 8 and 13 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Friday Night: Showers likely. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Saturday: A 50 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 52.

Saturday Night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39.

Sunday: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 52.

Sunday Night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39.
