EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — The Oregon State Police say a Eugene woman rolled her car 100 feet down a steep embankment east of Eugene but wasn’t seriously injured.

The police said 33-year-old Nicole Williams lost control of her car Tuesday trying to avoid an oncoming truck that appeared to be getting close to the center line on a stretch of Oregon 126, the McKenzie River Highway, near Vida.

Police say the car rolled several times.

Williams was taken to the hospital. Police said her injuries were not life-threatening.
