Washougal police arrested two men and a woman Saturday when officers executed a warrant to search at an area motel room to check on complaints of suspected drug activity.

Officers entered the room at the Rama Inn, 544 Sixth St., shortly after 7 a.m. to find heroin on the rim of the toilet, several broken methamphetamine pipes inside the toilet and a plastic bag containing what appeared to be heroin residue, according to a news release issued by the Washougal Police Department.

Arrested were Isaiah R. Richey, 19, of Washougal; April M. Green, 24, residence unknown; and Michael A. Mirelez, 18, a transient.

Richey and Green were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to deliver heroin and methamphetamine. Mirelez was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant for third-degree theft.

Richey was being held in the Clark County Jail on $25,000 bail Tuesday night and is to appear in court Friday, a jail officer said.

Green and Mirelez were not in custody at the jail.

Additional charges against Green and Richey were referred to the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office.
