County Commissioners are accepting applications and nominations for an appointment to the Clark County Solid Waste Advisory Commission.
The vacant position is for a person representing a Clark County business.
The nine-member volunteer group makes recommendations on solid waste, recycling and related issues to county commissioners.
The group also makes recommendations on landfills and transfer facilities.
Members serve three-year terms. They meet 6 p.m. the first Thursday of each month.
