PASCO, Wash. (AP) — Police are trying to get the upper hand on violence in Pasco after three shootings since Wednesday that are apparently gang related.
The Tri-City Herald reports a 17-year-old was wounded in the chest Sunday afternoon at the busy Pasco Flea Market where another teen suffered a head injury in a fistfight.
About an hour after the shooting, police were called about shots fired during a car chase through a neighborhood. A parked car was hit.
On Saturday morning a young man was wounded during a suspected gang fight. And on Saturday night police responded to a gang fight and arrested three people for investigation of rioting.
This round of violence started Wednesday when a young man was wounded in drive-by shooting.
