Hospice officials to discuss Salmon Creek relocation

Officials with Community Home Health & Hospice, which will be relocating its Salmon Creek center, will start their public outreach effort at Wednesday’s meeting of the Hazel Dell/Salmon Creek Business Association, which will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The hospice center will move from its current location at 14508 N.E. 20th Ave. to 3100 N.E. 136th Circle. The new location will add a 10-bed inpatient hospice care facility and is expected to be complete by December 2012.
