ISLAMABAD (AP) — U.S. Sen. John Kerry says Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will soon announce plans to visit Pakistan.
Clinton’s visit would be a boost to U.S.-Pakistan relations that have been strained in the wake of the American raid that killed Osama bin Laden on May 2.
Kerry announced Clinton’s planned visit during a visit to Islamabad on Monday.
