Rotary Club awards $67,500 in scholarships
The Vancouver Rotary Foundation awarded $67,500 in college scholarships at the Club’s annual scholarship luncheon May 11.

Esther Short — The Vancouver Rotary Foundation awarded $67,500 in college scholarships to Southwest Washington high school and college students at the club’s annual scholarship luncheon at the Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay on May 11.
Many of the scholarships are made possible through endowments established by individuals. Some of the funds come from Vancouver Rotary Foundation’s Festival of Trees.
Scholarship winners were Viridiana Manriquez, Megan Elvrum, Stockton Pendergast, Viktoria Sokolova, Mauricio Mercado, Catrina Nieves, Natasha Braunwart, Heidi Johnson, Anna Romanovsky, Phillip McNamara, Ellie Ficco, Hannah Hendrickson, Savannah Bukant, Megan Guardino, Jeston Harris, Benjamin Coder, Luz Franco, Maria Garcia, Michele Westmorland, Dora Hernandez, Stuart Ostby and Kimberly Falconer.
