INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- The NFL lockout has not prevented the Indianapolis Colts from making some decisions.
Team owner Jim Irsay says Peyton Manning's first offensive coordinator, Tom Moore, has retired. Two other front office people also have retired. And Irsay says the Colts do plan to hold training camp -- if there is a standard camp -- in Anderson, Ind., this year.
Irsay made the comments after this week's NFL owners meetings ended Wednesday.
Moore was a consultant for the team last year. Two years ago, he also told Irsay he was retiring, then decided to return to the team. Irsay says Moore could return again if he chooses.
The other retirees are Clyde Powers, Indy's director of pro player personnel, and Marty Heckscher, Indy's video director.
