Ore. woman arraigned on murder count in fatal fire

SALEM, Ore. (AP) -- A woman sought in a Salem, Ore., house fire that killed a 64-year-old man has been arraigned on murder and related charges.

The Marion County district attorney says 34-year-old Shray Lynne Thompson was arraigned Wednesday in Circuit Court on a grand jury indictment for murder, three counts of arson, two counts of witness tampering, assault and hindering prosecution. The district attorney's office said the charges involve multiple victims between Dec. 9, 2010, and Feb. 18, 2011, but it did not elaborate.

The Feb. 18 fire killed Robert Flores at the home the two shared.

Thompson was arrested last week in Tijuana, Mexico, and deported to San Diego.
