A convicted sex offender who molested young girls has moved to the 3100 block of Northeast 199th Street in Ridgefield.
Donnie Lee Fisher, 46, is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Fisher’s sex-crime record began in December 2003, when he pleaded guilty to two counts of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. He molested two girls, ages 6 and 7, the bulletin said.
In March 2005, he was arrested for a probation violation, for allegedly videotaping young girls at school and community events.
He was arrested again in August 2005, for videotaping young girls at a county fair, according to the bulletin.
In February 2010, he pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted voyeurism and one count of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes, for secretly filming the genital areas of young girls as they played.
Fisher is white, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 145 pounds, with brown, balding hair and green eyes.
Fisher recently was released from the Clark County Jail. He’s monitored by the sheriff’s unit, the state Department of Corrections and the Vancouver Police Department’s Sex Offender Tracking Unit.
