VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Police say they have a suspect in custody in the slaying of a woman whose body was found early Thursday along a road in Vancouver bordering Camas.
Camas police were first to respond, but Vancouver police are investigating because they believe the homicide took place in Vancouver.
