2 killed in Tacoma house fire

TACOMA, Wash. (AP) -- Two people have died in an early morning house fire in Tacoma

KIRO-TV reports firefighters were called to the home around midnight. The fire apparently started in the living room and smoke filled the house.

Firefighters got the flames out quickly, but found two people dead upstairs.

A neighbor told a KIRO-TV reporter than a woman lived in the home with her 2- or 3-year-old boy.

Firefighters haven't released details about who lived in the home or what caused the fire.
