A Portland woman remained in critical condition Tuesday evening after being ejected from her vehicle in a rollover accident on Interstate 205 Saturday night.

Kimberly A. Actkinson, 46, was being treated in an intensive care unit of Southwest Washington Medical Center.

The Washington State Patrol said she was driving a 1996 Jeep Cherokee southbound on I-205 when she lost control about a half-mile north of state Highway 14.

The patrol’s report said she was in the center lane and overcorrected during a lane change. The Jeep rolled, crossed the inside lane and median of the freeway.

She was ejected, the patrol said, and the Jeep went over the Jersey barrier into northbound I-205 lanes, blocking a lane.

There were no passengers. The Jeep was totaled.

The accident, which happened about 11:13 p.m., is under investigation.
