INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Indiana Fever has cut Abi Olajuwon and Jene Morris as they prepare for Tuesday night’s final preseason game against Minnesota.

The 6-foot-4 Olajuwon, a daughter of former NBA star Hakeem Olajuwon, played in six games before being waived by Chicago last season. The Fever signed Olajuwon to a training camp contract in March.

Morris, a 5-foot-9 guard, averaged 8.0 minutes in 25 games after being drafted by the Fever in 2010. She averaged 2.9 points and 0.6 rebounds as a rookie.

Indiana must still cut one more player before Saturday’s home opener against Chicago.
