How has the economy affected your business: Lori Keller said her business has improved in recent years. She said people still want to look and feel great about themselves, even in these tough fiscal times.
Greatest challenge: Keller said it is difficult to find qualified laser technicians. Because she is in a specialty field, she has to have someone who is certified and has years of experience.
What’s ahead: Continuing education for all the staff. Keller will continue to research new technology and determine if there are new services she will offer or what equipment she might upgrade or buy.
