NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The Saints have scratched starting linebacker Jonathan Vilma for Sunday’s game against Tampa Bay, while the Buccaneers have deactivated starting guard Jeremy Zuttah.

Vilma has played while nursing a sore left knee the past five weeks, but has missed repeated practices during that span. The Saints also scratched running back Mark Ingram, who had been ruled out of his second straight game with a bruised right heel.

Zuttah missed practice all week with knee soreness. Also out is reserve defensive tackle Frank Okam, who missed practice with a sore calf, and receiver Sammie Stroughter, who tried practicing the past week with ankle soreness.

Healthy scratches include Saints receiver Adrian Arrington and Bucs defensive end Tim Crowder.
