Man killed by Amtrak train at Burlington a suicide

BURLINGTON, Wash. (AP) -- The Skagit County sheriff's office says the death of a man on railroad tracks a Burlington was a suicide.
Witnesses saw the 62-year-old Burlington man run in front of an Amtrak train about 9:30 a.m. Monday and kneel on the tracks.
