Medical examiner called after woman hit by train

SEATTLE (AP) -- A Seattle Fire Department spokesman says firefighters called for a medical examiner Monday evening at the south Seattle scene where a young woman was struck by a Sounder commuter train.
Spokesman Kyle Moore says firefighters performed CPR on the young woman for 10 minutes without getting any vital signs.
The train reportedly was traveling from Seattle to Tacoma.
Additional details were not immediately available.
