Rula Kiswani and Murad Mousa, for a license to sell beer and wine at Evergreen Food Mart, 2835 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver.
April S. McGinley and Joel F. McGinley, for a license to sell beer and wine at Ridgefield Cellars, 120 N. Third Ave., Ridgefield.
Eric O. Johnson, Jenell Anderson and Gionni Johnson, for a license to sell beer and wine at Heisson Store, 17508 N.E. 279th St., Heisson.
