PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The Portland region mass transit agency considered it a “minor service disruption” when a light rail train crashed into a concrete barrier last month and didn’t say anything about the accident.

The Oregonian (http://bit.ly/tr5hs3 ) reports TriMet has also notified a bus driver and blogger who posted video of the crash on his YouTube account that he’s on leave and under investigation.

TriMet says the investigation into the accident isn’t finished, so the video shouldn’t be made public. The blogger later took it down.

The train was coming to the end of the track at a terminal. Damage is expected to run $25,000 to $50,000.

The train operator also is on leave. The paper says a couple of people were aboard, but nobody was hurt.
