KENT, Wash. (AP) — Thirty-year-old Alfonso Senior was given a 26-year prison sentence Thursday in Kent for fatally shooting a man in Federal Way.
A King County Superior Court jury convicted him in October of second-degree murder in the October 2010 shooting death of 24-year-old Darrell Webster.
Prosecutors say Senior shot Webster at a gas station after they had fought earlier at a Tacoma bar.
The King County prosecutor’s office also says Senior’s brother, 22-year-old Antoine Senior, pleaded guilty to rendering criminal assistance and unlawful possession of a firearm and was sentenced to 17 months in prison.
