Addai out, Brown in at RB for Colts

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Colts running back Joseph Addai will miss Sunday's game against Jacksonville with a hamstring injury.

Addai has been active the past four weeks, but has a combined two carries in those games. Donald Brown will get his first start of the season for the Colts in his place. He leapfrogged Delone Carter, who has fumbled in each of the past two games.

Colts tight end Dallas Clark is out with a left leg injury, and Jacob Tamme will start for him.

For Jacksonville, defensive end Aaron Kampman is out with a hamstring injury, and Matt Roth will start for him. Defensive tackle Terrance Knighton (ankle) is inactive, and C.J. Mosley will replace him. Left guard Eben Britton (back) is out, and Will Rackley will fill that slot.
