$1.3 million scholarship gift to WSU Vancouver

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) -- A Camas woman who couldn't afford college left $1.3 million after her death to scholarships for Washington State University Vancouver
The Columbian reports (http://bit.ly/unF2dg ) the gift from Kathy Sinclair is designed to help middle-class students from the community who are working their way through college.
Sinclair died in February at the age of 89. Her husband, Glen Sinclair was a former Camas police chief who died in 1991.
