Glenn Crellin, director of the Washington Center for Real Estate Research at Washington State University Pullman, said that the center will move across state to the University of Washington in Seattle.

Starting Jan. 3, Crellin will become associate director of the UW’s Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. Crellin said he was not sure yet whether the Washington Center would retain its name.

The center, which researches and analyzes housing market trends throughout Washington, is funded by a surcharge on state-issued real estate licenses.
