Cascade Park West — Wy’east Middle School teacher Erin Lark, and students Kerri Hon and Reilly Dale were awarded a $1,500 grant after writing a proposal to the Vancouver Watersheds Alliance. The money will be used for a hands-on food-to-table science lesson in conjunction with the Washington State University Master Food Preservers program.
