ROTC programs earn high rankings

Battle Ground — The Air Force Junior ROTC programs at Battle Ground and Prairie high schools have earned top national rankings following daylong inspections and evaluations from visiting ROTC officials. Both schools earned the “Exceeds Standards” ranking. An additional honor for the Battle Ground program was the naming of Chief Master Sgt. Chuck Shannon as an outstanding instructor. There are 112 ROTC students at Prairie and 129 at Battle Ground.
