VALPARAISO, Ind. (AP) — Ryan Broekhoff scored 13 points and Will Bogan added 12 to lead Valparaiso to a 79-48 victory against Indiana-Kokomo in the 2K Sports Classic on Saturday night.
Nathan Stegelmann had 11 points and Matt Kenney 10 for the Crusaders (4-1).
Anthony Graves and Brandon Larrick scored 10 points each for the Cougars (1-5), a NAIA squad competing in its first varsity season.
Hrvoje Vucic had six points and 15 rebounds for Valparaiso.
