PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) — Washington State University quarterback Connor Halliday is in the hospital Sunday morning after being admitted after Saturday night’s loss to Utah.
KREM reports (http://bit.ly/uSwMS ) that school officials confirm Halliday spent Saturday night in Pullman Regional Hospital for observation and imaging, but they declined to say what the injury is and how seriously he is hurt.
WSU says it plans to update his status later Sunday.
Halliday took big hits during WSU’s 30-27 loss to the Utes in overtime Saturday. The quarterback was not available for postgame interviews.
