COQUILLE, Ore. (AP) — Oregon State Police have identified a 72-year-old woman who was killed in a crash north of Coquille in southern Oregon Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities say Judy Lea Kollen was fatally injured after her Geo Tracker collided with a Ford Explorer when she tried to make a U-turn across a wet highway.

The accident also injured five people in the Explorer, including three young children. One child was airlifted to a Portland hospital with serious injuries.

Highway 42 was closed in both directions for an hour.
