EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Eugene police say Occupy protesters chanted and used a bullhorn during early shopping hours Friday at two Walmart stores, and one person was arrested on a trespassing charge.

KPTV-TV reports (http://bit.ly/u7GLBv ) a group of protesters left one store after officers arrived about 2 a.m., but 20 to 30 people at another store an hour later continued chanting.

Police say 18-year-old Derek Lewis of Eugene was using the bullhorn and was arrested on the trespassing charge. He was released on bail.

Protesters said in a statement it wasn’t clear they had been asked to leave, but they were dispersing when he was arrested.
