Loyola Marymount defeats Northern Arizona 81-61

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Jarred DuBois scored 17 points to lead six players in double figures for Loyola Marymount in an 81-61 victory against Northern Arizona on Saturday night.

LaRon Armstead added 11 points, and four players -- Quincy Lawson, Godwin Okonji, Ayodeji Egbeyemi and C.J. Blackwell -- had 10 each for the Lions (3-2).

James Douglas had 16 points and Colin Gruber 15 for the Lumberjacks (2-4).

DuBois and Okonji had four points each during a 12-0 run by Loyola Marymount over a 3:21 stretch of the first half. The surge gave the Lions a 38-28 lead, a cushion they built to 22 points in the second half.
