WSP has openings for state trooper trainees

Clark County — The Washington State Patrol is seeking applicants to train to become a state trooper, and there’s still time to fill out an application to take the next round of written and physical tests.

It will be at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, for those bringing an application and 8 a.m. for pre-registered applicants, at the Washington State Patrol Academy, 631 W. Dayton Airport Road, in Shelton.

A WSP bulletin adds:

“Mail in your application or just bring it with you. When you come, please wear appropriate attire and bring athletic clothes and footwear for the physical fitness test.”
